Processing and Shipping Times
Free local delivery on orders over $40 to address' within a 10km radius of Cairns CBD.
We do our very best to have packages picked, packed and shipped within 1 business day. However, sometimes it is possible that large influxes of orders during the holiday season, that it can take up to 2-4 business days to process, package and ship orders. Other reasons may include, but are not limited to, if a product is on back order, or is available for pre-order. In these specific cases, it will be stated on the product page of the item that you are attempting to purchase.
Please take all of this information into account when placing your order and allow a generous amount of time to receive your package prior to the date you actually need it by. We cannot guarantee that any order placed will arrive by a specific date. Lost or Stolen Packages
As soon as order have been dispatched and have left our warehouse, Ransom Specialty Coffee Roasters cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address. We recommend contacting your local post office for assistance if you are having trouble tracking your package. If a replacement is shipped to you, Ransom Specialty Coffee Roasters reserves the right to ship that new package via any shipping method available.Â
Cancelled Orders
In the unlikely event of a cancelled order, we will contact you immediately with an explanation. Reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to; shortage of materials or stock, or suspicion of fraud. Ransom Specialty Coffee Roasters reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time.Â
