Ransom is now led by James Duan, a passionate coffee enthusiast with a diverse background in the coffee world. James' journey began at a New Zealand coffee roastery, where he first fell in love with the craft.
Driven by a spirit of adventure, he traveled the globe, balancing mountain biking in the summer with snowboarding in the winter. Along the way, he honed his skills as a barista in Whistler, a roaster in Wellington, and later managed coffee sales and venues in Melbourne. James brings this rich blend of global experience and expertise to Ransom, continuing the legacy of exceptional coffee.
